["ame ga furou to, yari ga furou to, watashitachi ha mai nichiyoubi ni aimasu."]
["Whether rain or shine, we meet up every Sunday."]
this is what i wanna tell Mai.. haha.. but i wonder if she even reads my blog.. haha.. nvm.. and then i know this one will definitely have errors, so i made another one.. or shld i say, i tried correcting it..
雨が降ろうと、槍が降ろうと、私は毎日曜日図書館へマイさんに会います。
[ame ga furou to, yari ga furou to, watashi ha mai nichiyoubi toshokan he MAI san ni aimasu.]
[Whether rain or shine, i meet Mai at the library every Sunday.]
haha.. now this looks better i guess? though i'm still not sure about the particles.. haha..
that "whether rain or shine" is an idiom, a japanese one.. and moreover, it literally means: rain is pouring, spears[as in weapons] are falling.. so it means no matter wat happen, something something something.. haha..
this is quoted from my livejournal, and i always typed all my jap sentences there before pasting them here.. hmmm.. guess i like LJ better? Long John? no no.. haha.. i'm lame.. and last but not least.. haha..
